  • Every Signature Experience includes our styled Flower Bar display, a curated assortment of fresh flowers and greenery, bouquet-making supplies, an on-site attendant, and full delivery, setup and breakdown. Flower quantities are planned around your selected experience and guest count.

  • Yes. We’ll work with you to select a floral direction that complements your event palette and overall aesthetic. Because we work with fresh flowers, exact varieties are subject to seasonality and availability, but we thoughtfully source each assortment around the agreed-upon look and feel.

  • Yes! That’s the experience. Guests select their favorite stems and create their own combination rather than receiving a pre-made bouquet. Our attendant keeps the display refreshed and is available to help guests throughout the experience.

  • Flower quantities depend on the experience you select. We’ll recommend the appropriate number of stems based on your guest count, event type and desired bouquet size.

  • Yes. Our Vase Bar can be added to the experience so guests can arrange their flowers inside a vase and leave with a completely finished floral keepsake.

  • Absolutely. Specialty blooms can be incorporated as an upgrade when you want an even more elevated floral assortment. Availability and pricing depend on the varieties selected and season.

  • Yes, provided there is an appropriate protected setup area. Because fresh flowers are sensitive to extreme heat, direct sun and weather, outdoor setup requirements will be coordinated with you or your venue ahead of the event.

  • The exact footprint depends on your guest count and selected enhancements. We’ll coordinate placement and setup requirements before your event to make sure the bar fits comfortably within your venue.

  • Modern Flowers serves events throughout South Florida, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Homestead and surrounding areas. Events outside our standard service area are available by custom quote.

  • No. You can select the number of floral keepsakes that best fits your event, whether that includes every attendee or a smaller group of participating guests. We prepare the flower bar around the quantity and floral collection selected.
